The Housing Authority of the County of Harris, Georgia provides affordable housing for single individuals and families. Apartments are located in three (3) cities in the county: Hamilton, Pine Mountain, and Waverly Hall. There are a total of 43 units with bedroom sizes ranging from one to four. Our apartments are settled in shady small communities that allow friendships and families to grow. All apartments are income-based. There is no application fee and a security deposit is required. The units are flats with curbside parking. Various floor plans are available and there are some units that are duplexes.
Amenities include central heat and air, range, refrigerator, 24-hour emergency maintenance, playgrounds, washer and dryer connections, pest control, and a groundskeeping service. Residents have to provide their own electrical service.
Our apartments are located near supermarkets, dining, banks, parks, Callaway Gardens, and Roosevelt State Park.
